I bought a pack of Kiwi fruit recently and liked it. But I found peeling the skin difficult. I did not find a good way to peel the skin without leaving the inside fruit in a pile of mush. I tried some different knife techniques, but the result was similar.

Then one day I was thinking surely someone must have figured out a better way by now. So I searched on youtube and sure enough this video popped up. What a simple and superb idea. I tried it and finally I have a fruit that not only tastes good but looks good too!

With most things you don’t have to invent or be the first one to come with an idea - you just need to copy/clone someone else’s good ideas!
